     1.  Find a home to purchase

          Prior owned homes for sale can be found on Facebook Marketplace, Craigslist, or even from word of mouth around your neighborhood.  Please send us an exterior picture of the home to approve before purchasing (generally we only approve homes newer than ~1990 in at least average condition), and contact us to submit a park application and set up your lot lease.

     2.  Contact a licensed mobile home transporter/installer

          All homes coming in to Village Court must be transported and installed by a licensed transporter and installer, and must be permitted and inspected by the City of Three Rivers.  We will pay $2,000 or more towards these installation costs.  If you have a home that you have purchased, we can help connect you with a home installer if needed.

     3.  Contact the utility companies to have utilities hooked up
